The magnetic lifter has a powerful neodymium magnet. With the permanent magnet, ferromagnetic loads such as steel girders or car bodies can be lifted without any problems. The lifting magnet carries flat objects weighing up to 600 kg and round objects up to 300 kg. It securely grips pipes with a diameter of 65 - 270 mm. In contrast to forklifts or gripper arms, magnetic transport protects the surface of the workpiece. The lifting magnet is particularly impressive due to its quick and easy handling. The compact and lightweight device just has to be positioned centrally on the workpiece. The magnet is then activated by turning the lever. The lifting capacity is generated without the supply of electricity. The lifting magnet is tested for safety. For the air gap test, a tear-off test with an air gap, it was awarded the safety coefficient 3+ (EN 13155). This means that you can rely on the load capacity even under real operating conditions. With a tear-off force of 1,800 kg for flat workpieces, the lifting magnet offers maximum safety in the workplace. The compact body is extremely stable and is installed with only two countersunk screws. The suspension eyelet with a diameter of 20 mm, which creates a secure connection to the hoist used, is just as robust.
