The high-quality microscope with digital camera and lighting is the perfect beginner's model. With the 1,280x magnification, young researchers and those interested in science can discover the world of microscopy with a powerful instrument right from the start. The included camera enables you to photograph objects as well as to transfer images to your PC for subsequent further processing and archiving. Due to the extensive accessories with permanent preparations, a basic set for preparing of specimens as well as a microscope instrument set, the microscope can be tried out directly after delivery.

Almost as precise as professional microscopes for laboratory use

The optical microscope with camera is equipped with two eyepieces (5x / 16x), three lenses (4x / 10x / 40x) and a Barlow lens (2x). Combining the eyepieces and lenses as well as the Barlow lens enables you to achieve a magnification of 20 to 1,280x. Thanks to the LED illumination with transmitted and reflected light function, it is not only possible to recognize objects better, but also to microscope specimens with low light transmission. The tube with a monocular view (45°) can be rotated 360° for particularly convenient handling. With the 10 MP camera, you can photograph the objects under the microscope and transfer them to a computer via USB connection. The necessary software (from Windows 7) for viewing, editing, managing and archiving the photos is included in delivery. The light microscope's extensive accessories include a preparation set consisting of a scalpel, pipette and tweezers, a slide box with five prepared slides, five empty slides including coverslips and gum media, and a shrimp farm—everything you need to start your microscopy right away. After successful research work, the microscope and accessories can be stored safely, orderly and space-efficiently in the robust plastic case.
